How to know the availability of rentals?
Our availabilities are displayed in real time on our website. If you select your dates of stay and the number of people, the reservation system will give you what will be available. If you have any doubts or questions, do not hesitate to contact us directly on 05 55 17 89 83 or by email.
How can I get the prices?
Our rates are displayed on our website at from the PRACTICAL INFORMATION menu
What is my customer area for?
You can access your customer area from the quote email or your stay confirmation. This space will help you: Your stays in detail with the payments for the deposit or your balance You will find all your receipts A diary of events during your stay.
How do I make my reservation?
Have you found the holiday of your dreams? All you have to do is click on "Book", choose your options and let yourself be guided to your next vacation! It's quick and easy: booking is done in 3 steps
1- Check the options to which you wish to subscribe and fill in the names of all the happy participants of the stay (baby included)
2- Enter your details and create your customer account
3- Choose your method of payment and confirm your reservation You will then receive by email within 72 hours, the final confirmation of your reservation.

Can I put an option on my stay?
We know you are eager to book your holiday so you can request a quote from us, this will hold your booking for 7 days Thereafter, it is only with the payment of your deposit that your stay will be definitively reserved.
How do I convert my quote into a reservation?
Find your quotes at any time in your customer area. To transform a quote into a reservation, simply go back to the desired quote and go to the next step. All you have to do is make your payment via our secure payment platform, to validate your quote and confirm your stay.
Is a baby counted as a participant?
Babies are treated as whole people. They are therefore counted in the accommodation capacity. The number of people registered for the stay must therefore not exceed the accommodation capacity indicated on our site and your travel documents.
I'm going with friends, can we be seated side by side?
When making your reservation, you can express a wish for side-by-side placement in the “comment” section. Remember to indicate the names of the two families who are booking. Note, however, that a request for side-by-side placement can never be guaranteed.

Are you Vacaf approved?
No, we are not Vacaf approved With which means of payment can I pay for my stay? Here are the accepted means of payment:

Do I have to pay for my entire stay at the time of my reservation?
Cash payment is only requested for a reservation whose arrival date at the campsite is less than 1 month away. An email will be sent to you 1 month before your stay for the payment of your balance.
How do I pay for my booking with Holiday Vouchers? (ANCV)
You wish to pay by Chèques Vacances: send us your payment by post by registered mail. Holiday vouchers must be sent in their entirety (without cutting the stubs). Do not forget to mention your reservation number.

How do I pay for my reservation by bank transfer?
When paying by bank transfer, you must send us a supporting email. So that we can process your payment, please indicate in your transfer order: your name and your reservation number.

How can I modify or delete my personal data?
For any request to modify or delete your personal data, send us your request by email. Please take into account that certain data must however be kept to meet legal obligations. If this is the case, we will be sure to let you know by return email.

Cancel/modify my reservation

How do I modify my reservation?
No fees will be applied if the modification of the file does not lead to a modification of the reserved accommodation (in particular, modification of the names of the participants or the number of participants, insofar as the number of participants does not exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation). In case of modification of the number of people, dates or location, please send us an email.
Can I cancel my reservation?
If you wish to confirm your cancellation request, it must be sent to us by registered letter AR, sent to the following address: Domaine du Coq Rouge - Puy Bousquet - 96 route des Crêtes - 19500 Collonges-la-Rouge - France , or by email, and will be subject to our cancellation fee schedule.
The cancellation of the reservation will then result in the collection of the following costs:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the start date of the stay: 25% of the price including tax of the stay
- Cancellation between 29 and 14 days of the start date of the stay: 75% of the price including tax of the stay
- Cancellation less than 14 days before the start date of the stay: 100% of the price including tax of the stay

Arrival & departure

What to do when I arrive?
As soon as you arrive at the gate of our campsite, you must ring the intercom and wait for someone from reception to tell you what to do. Pass the gate, you will have to go directly to the reception with your identity document. We will then indicate your accommodation or choose your location with you. Once you have settled in, you will have to put your car in the secure parking lot of the campsite.
What are the arrival and departure times?
For rentals, arrival is between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. and departure between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. For camping pitches, arrival is between 12 p.m. and 7 p.m. and departure between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m.
Is it possible to arrive after reception closing time?
Yes, provided you have specified it in the "Comments" box at the time of booking and contact the campsite 24 hours before arrival in order to validate the late arrival procedure.
Should I provide a deposit?
For rentals, a deposit of €120 for your accommodation will be requested upon arrival.
Are blankets and linens provided?
Duvets and pillows corresponding to the beds of the accommodation are included in the rental (no additional blankets). Household linen is not provided but we offer the rental of sheets and towels on reservation.
Can I use a barbecue during my stay?
Only electric (low power) and gas barbecues are accepted. If you don't want to bother, you have a barbecue area at the center of the campsite.
Can I park my vehicle on my site?
Vehicles are not allowed on the pitches. Free parking is available inside the campsite. NB: Only people with reduced mobility can put their vehicle on the pitch.
Is there WiFi on the campsite?
For the sake of tranquility and conviviality, the WiFi connection is free and available only in the center of the campsite, at the reception, at the bar or in the common room.
Are animals accepted?
Our friends the animals are allowed in our establishment apart from a few rentals. You will need to present your pet's vaccination record when you arrive. Only NACs and 1st and 2nd category dogs are not allowed on the campsite.
Is the swimming pool heated?
We heat the pool to 27°C with a heat pump and thermal solar panels. If weather conditions permit, we turn off the heating.
Is the swimming pool supervised?
We do not have a lifeguard at the pool, which is why minors are under the mandatory supervision of their parent / legal representative.
Do I have to do the end of stay cleaning?
Unless you subscribed to the end-of-stay cleaning option when you made your reservation, you must clean your accommodation before carrying out the check-out inventory and returning the keys.
If an accommodation is returned in a state of cleanliness deemed unsuitable, we may deduct from your deposit, the price of a cleaning fee.
I am at my vacation spot and I want to shorten my stay, what should I do?
If you wish to leave the establishment before the end of your stay, we invite you to notify the reception 24 hours in advance.
