The Cottage Patio, ultra design, comfortable and cozy

Its originality lies firstly in its shape, in this case, a "U" opening onto a patio with on either side the two suites (bedroom and private bathroom), the kitchen and the living room being located basically. The patio, completed by a passageway installed over the entire width of the Cottage, constitutes a terrace of more than 22 m² offering a breathtaking view of the valley.

Living room with kitchen area: 4-burner gas stove, sink, family fridge, microwave, storage, crockery
2 Bathrooms : with an XXL shower (80x100cm) and separate wc.
Dining area: table and chairs for 4 people

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160×200
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 80×200

Bring sheets, pillowcases, tea towels & cleaning products!
Accommodation with electricity.
Sheets, bath towels only optional.

Booking conditions

The cancellation of the reservation entails the collection of the following costs:

- Cancellation more than 30 days from the start date: 25% of the price including tax of the stay
- Cancellation between 29 and 14 days from the start date: 75% of the price including tax of the stay
- Cancellation less than 14 days before the date of start: 100% of the price including VAT of the stay

- Reservation of 2 days minimum for the majority of rentals.

Arrival Departure

- For rentals, arrival is between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. and departure between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
- For camping pitches, arrival is between 12 p.m. and 7 p.m. and departure between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m.

Household
Unless you subscribed to the end-of-stay cleaning option when you made your reservation, you will have to clean your accommodation before carrying out the check-out inventory and returning the keys.

If an accommodation is returned in a state of cleanliness deemed unsuitable, we may deduct from your deposit, the price of a cleaning fee.
Animals
Our friends the animals are allowed in our establishment apart from a few rentals. You will need to present your pet's vaccination record when you arrive. Only NACs and 1st and 2nd category dogs are not allowed on the campsite.
Vehicules
Cars are not allowed on the pitches (except in exceptional cases).
