Terms and Conditions

• The prices indicated are in euros, VAT included.
• Payment can be made by cheque, holiday vouchers, bank card, bank transfer or cash. The amount of the stay or the balance of the reservation is due upon your arrival.

• For reservations in high season the majority of rentals, a minimum of 7 nights is required.
• Reservations, all categories combined, are only confirmed upon receipt of the reservation confirmation email and the corresponding deposit. The reservation only becomes effective upon receipt of confirmation.
• Any option, by telephone, will be canceled if the deposit does not reach us within 10 days.
• Preferences, expressed during reservations, will be satisfied to the extent of availability, without engaging the responsibility of Domaine du Coq Rouge.
• Depending on availability, early arrivals or extensions of stay may be considered.
• In case of late arrival, without news from you, the pitch or rental reservation will be canceled 24 hours after the date mentioned on the reservation request.

• Deposits can only be refunded if the cancellation takes place 1 month before the arrival date of the stay. This deadline passed, the deposit will not be refunded.
• In case of late arrival or premature departure, no refund will be made.
• In case of cancellation of a reservation, you will still owe:
– more than 30 days before arrival: 30€ of the total amount of the stay
– between 30 and 7 days: 30% of the total amount of the stay
– less than 7 days: 100% of the total amount of the stay

• Liability insurance for your equipment is mandatory.
• The Domaine du Coq Rouge declines all responsibility for damage to the client's equipment.

• Animals are allowed, on condition that they do not harm the tranquility and safety of residents, and that basic rules of hygiene are respected.
• The up-to-date vaccination record must be presented at reception upon your arrival.
• Animals are not allowed in the sanitary facilities, around the swimming pool or in certain accommodation (inquire beforehand).
• Under no circumstances should they be left loose in the domain.
• A place for walking is available to customers, you must imperatively be equipped with a small bag for animal droppings.

For all types of stay, for safety reasons for children and for the environment, vehicle parking is not authorized on the bare or rental site except in exceptional cases approved by the management.
